Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
2. Sear the Chops
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the pork chops in the pan and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in the minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and parsley.
Let it cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring often, until the garlic becomes fragrant and lightly golden.
Take off the heat.
4. Finish the Dish
Pour the garlic butter into the skillet and warm until it begins to bubble.
Return the pork chops to the pan and baste them with the butter mixture.
Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes so the chops become fully coated and warmed through.
