Who should the blue car give way to?

General right-of-way rules (without specific signage):

Just before turning left: At intersections without right-of-way signs, priority is given to vehicles approaching from the right.

When turning: When turning, you must give way to traffic going straight ahead or turning.

When entering a public road: Anyone wishing to enter a public road from a side street, sidewalk, private property, or parking lot must give way to the vehicle going straight ahead.
